To maintain competitive pricing and efficient logistics, we do not offer a voluntary return or exchange policy for items that are free of defects (e.g., if you change your mind). All sales are final.
Defective Items (Warranty)
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product arrives damaged or with a material defect, please follow these steps:
Notify us in writing via email within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Include your order number and photos documenting the defect or damage.
Upon review, we will arrange for a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
Transport Damage
If your package shows obvious signs of damage from transit, please report this immediately to the shipping carrier (e.g., Swiss Post) and notify us at the same time.
